Flooding in Punjab at this moment is a serious issue as there was no rain and water flowing down from Hills and unplanned release through Dams has created Havoc in plains of Punjab. Paddy crop has been destroyed, more than 18 Districts are flooded with hundreds of Villages and lakes of Acre fields are facing difficulty. Responsibility need to be fixed for destruction in Punjab.
